Abstract

The consideration of the way of formation and development of accent and dialect is very important because it is the accent and dialect which are the first step in the development of our language. We may change our accent because our accent may change over  time  when  our  needs  and  our  feelings  change. This  can  happen  consciously  or unconsciously or naturally without much effort. Accent or dialect or pronunciation is not the same and not one thing. Thus, the dialect is a broader concept. And we need to remember that some people have accents and dialects, while others do not. Meanwhile, the various dialects reflect two things (1) the language changes over time, and (2) those who live in the same area or the same social identity, they have the same dialect
