Abstract

Renovation of the management and improvement of the quality of education has been paid more attention by the high schools in recent years, including the quality management. However, quality management activities in high schools are still limited and inadequate. One of the reasons leading to this situation is the limitedquality management capacity of managerial staffs. The paper outlines the current status of capacity for quality management and proposes solutions to improve quality management capacity for high school managers in the Central Highlands.
