Abstract

Approach of competence‐ based as a basic for teaching achieve to students’ creativity helps teachers to create instructional design and implement for all students. It also facilitates each student to reach their potential, to efforts in learning towards the curriculum goals. Developing discipline programs is conducted follow by five-step process of development based on discipline programs. The design and implement of discipline programs stem from students and the requirement of discipline in a particular context of teaching, comply with the rules of competence-oriented progam.
