Abstract

Competence is a category to indicate real human activities. It is also one of the important elements (Together with qualities) to define the value of a person. Closely related to competence is capability. Those two concepts are closely interrelated and not separated. The actual manifestation of competence in essence is skill. By the same token, the 21st century is called the era of working skills. Recently, many countries have studied and listed necessary working  skills. Student competence-developed education or teaching is becoming a megatrend at home and abroad to operationalize the purposes of teaching to meet both social needs and the development of each student.
