Abstract

Self-development capacity is one of three specific competencies of the Civic Education subject at secondary schools. After class hours, pupils’ participation in club activities according to their interests is one of the useful measures that contribute to developing this capacity for them. The article focuses on introducing the operating model and role of clubs in the process of connecting with the Citizen Education subject in efforts to improve self-development capacity for pupils in secondary schools.
