Abstract

Logistics is an industry with great development potential, leading to an increasing demand for quantity and quality of human resources. Currently, training and building human resource training programs in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management industry have been promoted, prioritized. The article focuses on clarifying the current situation and important role of applying the competency framework in building and developing training programs. From there, build a process for building and developing the industry's training program according to the competency framework. This will provide training institutions with approaches and directions for building and developing new training programs to meet the actual human resource needs of the industry.
