THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES AND MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS AT HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

This article presents the results of research on the relationship between professional activities (PA) and managing PA based on a surveying 271 administrators and teachers in secondary schools at Ho Chi Minh City. The purpose of the study is to determine the degree of correlation between the PA and managing PA in secondary schools. This study mainly uses quantitative method. The research finding show that the components of PA (as PA’s purpose, PA’s contents, PA’s methodology, PA’s conditions) have a positive correlation with the components in managing PA (as PA’s planning, PA’s organizing, PA’s directing and PA’s evaluating) in these secondary schools at Ho Chi Minh City
