Abstract

The principal plays a pivotal role in effectively organising experiential and career-oriented activities in public secondary schools in alignment with the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program. Among studies on effective leadership models, instructional leadership model stands out, highlighting the principal’s main roles and responsibilities. This model demonstrates the direct impact of the principal's leadership on the educational program, the quality of the teaching staff, the learning environment, and the coordination between internal and external stakeholders in organizing the school’s educational activities. Applying the instructional leadership approach, this article analyzes, synthesizes, and develops a theoretical framework for leadership in the organization of experiential and career-oriented activities. The aim is to provide a foundation for studying and evaluate the current status and effectiveness of principal leadership in organizing these activities in public secondary schools.
