FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN HO CHI MINH CITY
Abstract
Career-oriented education plays an important role for high school students, particularly middle school students. Career-oriented education helps students recognize their abilities, qualities, and passion for certain careers, from which students can decide to choose a suitable career to pursue after graduation, finish the basic education stage or prepare for the next high school level - the career-oriented education stage to continue cultivating, fostering, and developing qualities and abilities to meet the needs of students. The results identified factors that affect the effectiveness of career-oriented education, which are the awareness and capacity of career-oriented education workers and the process of fostering and training, instructing teachers to perform this activity. This opens further research directions for solutions that contribute to improving the effectiveness of career-oriented education for middle school students in the future.
