Abstract

The article analyzes and clarifies the importance of professional teams based on the orientation of innovation and development of education and training in Long An province. The author proposes a number of measures, inlcuding raising awareness for managers and teachers about their position and role, managing activity plans, strengthening the management of content, strengthening the management of inspection and evaluation of professional group performance results and focusing on training for professional team leaders and teachers. These five measures, implemented synchronously, will overcome the existed limitations, contributing to the quality of professional team management in the coming time.
