Abstract

"Modifying the way of working" is a work containing President Ho Chi Minh's basic and profound thoughts on Party building. For ‘Doi moi’, promoting industrialization and modernization in our country today, studying and following his thoughts on the relationship between the Party and the people has become essential and of great significance, the first step to bring the Vietnamese revolution to success.
