CURRENT STATUS OF MANAGEMENT OF TEACHING-LEARNING SUBJECTS ON PROFESSIONAL HOUSEKEEPING AT HUE TOURISM COLLEGE

Abstract

Teaching-learning are central activities in every educational institution. The quality of teaching-learning activities depends on many factors, including those related to their management. This article presents the results of a survey on the status of teaching-learning and management of teaching-learning subjects on hospitality at Hue Tourism College. The survey was conducted on 35 managers, lecturers and 167 students. Results show that the college’s teaching-learning and management of teaching-learning subjects on hospitality have achieved quite good results. However, there are still shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome with more effective management measures.
