OVERVIEW OF LITERTURE ON INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL EXCHANGE PATHWAYS AND APPLYING IN MANAGEMENT WITHIN VIETNAMESE HIGH SCHOOLS

Abstract

International cultural exchange makes an important contribution to building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national cultural identity in general and the promotion of the image of Vietnamese education in particular and is a means to promote Vietnam's soft power with other countries around the world. In another aspect of practice, international cultural exchange has created a bridge opening the way for many industries, especially economic, social, scientific and educational activities, etc. The Ministry of Education and Training has been promoting the combination of international cultural exchange to promote the efficiency and quality of the education sector in general and in high schools in particular. This article provides a review of literature on international cultural exchange paths which have been popularized in other countries, especially international cultural exchange among schools in the education sector.
