User customization in providing library services at Camosun College - Canada, lessons learned for academic libraries in Vietnam)

Abstract

   The purpose of this paper is to provide a general introduction to Camosun College (Canada) and its library; introducing the library’s major services and the lessons from its experience that can be shared to the library of higher education in Vietnam, also emphasizing the importance of personalized services for library users.
