Current human resources in libraries and information centers in Vietnam

Abstract

   This article focuses on the following contents: Analysis of current requirements of library and information human resources; Interpretation and assessment of the present situation of human resources in libraries and information centers in Vietnam; Proposing solutions to improve the quality of library and information human resources to ensure the efficient operation of libraries and information centers.
