Abstract
This paper presents current situation of management of transferring scientific research results into innovating both teaching methods of lecturers and learning methods of students at universities of agriculture and forestry. The study has conducted a survey at 03 universities of agriculture and forestry to evaluate different levels of management elements from awareness (A), planning (P), do (D), check (C) and act (A). Data analysis showed that there are different evaluations of management elements, which are scientific basic for proposing solutions to manage this activity at university.
