Abstract

On the basis of analyzing specific aspects in awarenesses of managers, lecturers and students about the process of forming pedagogical professionalism for students in Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE) (awareness of definition ”pedagogical professionalism”; its characteristics; its expression and its importance to teachers); the practice of forming pedagogical professionalism for undergraduates in HNUE (the practice of implementing their objectives, principles, contents and activities related to organizing process forming pedagogical professionalism for undergraduates), and the factors affecting the process of forming pedagogical professionalism for undergraduates of HNUE, the author of the article points out the achieved results and the issues raised and need to be addressed in the process of forming pedagogical professionalism for students in this study area.
