Abstract

The article focuses on studying the recruitment skills training for students majoring in Human Resource Management at the Trade Union University, and analyzing the level of responsiveness of recruitment skills training for students to the requirements of recruiting enterprises. The research conducted a survey of 20 enterprises and conducted in-depth interviews with 10 recruiters currently employing former students of the department, as well as 100 alumni from the QN10, QN11, and QN12 cohorts regarding the level of responsiveness of recruitment skills training compared to the requirements of enterprises. The results indicate a discrepancy between the expectations of enterprises and the actual skills of current graduating students. Based on this, the article proposes solutions to enhance the recruitment skills training of Human Resource Management students to meet the needs of enterprises.
