Improve skills for trade union officers in participating in dialogue at enterprises
Abstract
Dialogue at enterprises is an activity aimed at sharing information, consulting, discussing and exchanging ideas between employers and workers or employee representative organizations, which is currently the only organization is a trade union, on issues related to the rights, interests and concerns of the parties in the workplace to enhance understanding, cooperation, and joint efforts towards mutually beneficial solutions. Workers are vulnerable in many aspects, they need strong representation from their trade union in dialogues, given the nature of the activities, in addition to the fact that union officials are always required promoting professional capacity, skillfully applying skills in the process of exchange and discussion with employers is also a key factor to help conversations achieve many useful results for workers.
