Social security guarantee for employees unofficial in Vietnam

Abstract

    Studies on informal labor in Vietnam have shown that the informal labor force has contributed significantly to the country's socio-economic development, contributing to filling the gap. lack of employment and income. However, social security policies have not yet covered the majority of workers in the informal economy. In order to clarify the issues of social security of workers in the informal sector, the article introduces the concept of social security of informal workers, analyzes the current situation and barriers to ensuring security. social security for this group of workers in Vietnam today, thereby proposing solutions to improve in the coming time.
