Role of female lecturers in scientific research activities at Trade Union University

Abstract

   At Trade Union University, female lecturers have made great contributions to scientific research activities. The results of scientific research activities of female lecturers have contributed to affirming the role and position of Trade Union University in the national education system, improving training quality and international integration. The article analyzes the contribution of female lecturers in scientific research activities of Trade Union University in the 2016 - 2020 period in terms of leaders or participants in topics, projects at all levels, the number of works published in Vietnam and abroad; number of books and textbooks compiled by female lecturers. This article also analyzes the barriers and solutions to promote the role of female lecturers in scientific research activities contributing to the development of Trade Union University.
