ORGANIZATION STUDIES - SOME DISCUSSION ISSUES

Abstract

Organizational studies are often stereotyped as being completely identical to
organizational science. However, that is a misunderstanding because Organization Studies
also include Organization Philosophy and Organization Taology. The article introduces the
introduction of Organization Studies, focusing on clarifying the connotation of the concept
“Organization”, the Organization Studies framework and discussing several important
topics and issues, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of organizational
activities during the period when our country promotes the innovation work, strengthening
international cooperation, and actively participating in comprehensive economic and social
globalization towards the goal of healthy and sustainable development.
