Abstract

Co-worker relationships play an important role in organizations because they influence various aspects of the work environment and have a positive or negative impact on the success of the organization. This paper aims to build a theoretical research model on the influence of co-worker relationships on the job satisfaction of female civil servants and public officials. Based on the literature review method, the proposed research model on the influence of co-worker relationships on the job satisfaction of female civil servants and public officials is considered in 3 components: 1) the co-worker relationships of female civil servants and public officials include Support; Connection; Trust; Collective atmosphere. 2) Job satisfaction of female civil servants and public officials includes Management activities of leaders; Salary and benefits; Training and advancement opportunities; and Infrastructure. 3) Personal factors of female civil servants and public officials include Organization; Qualification; Work class; Job position; Working time; Working position; Income; and Age group
