Abstract

Human resource management plays an important role and directly influences on the process of building engaged and loyal employees in the organization. Therefore, studying the factors affecting employees’ satisfaction and loyalty has important and practical implications for the development of the business. Te article uses quantitative research methods to measure the impact of factors on employees’ loyalty. Te author conducted the survey at Clark Material Handling company and used the statistical analysis technique SPSS 20.0 to analyze the data collected fom valid questionnaires. Te research results show that the factors of Training and promotion, Human relations, Leadership skills, Empowerment,
Salary, compensation, and benefts serve as decisive factors of employees’ satisfaction and loyalty to that organization.
