Abstract

Identifying and classifying environmental protection requirements in legal system plays an important role in detecting inadequacies in these requirements, then we orients to integrate environmental protection requirements into the specialized legal system. The paper concentrates on analyzing environmental protection requirements for production and business establishments in current legal documents; at the same time, pointing out some limitations in applying these regulations and suggestions.
