Ensuring rights of disadvantaged group in society

Abstract

The paper analyzes the Party’s viewpoints on rights and ensuring rights of disadvantaged group in society; legal regulations and practice on ensuring rights of this type of group. On that basis, a number of recommendations to further ensure rights of disadvantaged group are given.
