Abstract

Preventing crime generally and offenders under 18 years old commifling property thief particularly in the Northwest area is one of the professional activities of the Social order-related crime Investigating Police force. Within the scope of the article, the author clarifies a number of salient features of personality of thief property offenders under 18 years old in the Northwest area, then proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of this activity.
