Legal provisions on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters of some nations and suggestion for Vietnam

Abstract

The article studies the legal provisions on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters of some countries in drafting the Law on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters in Vietnam. Thereby, it gives the most general recommendations on the scope of criminal legal assistance; cases of refusal of mutual criminal legal assistance; order and procedures for criminal legal assistance.
