Completing a number of current Vietnamese labor law regulations on labor subleasing

Abstract

Labor subleasing activities have many positive meanings not only for the subjects participating in the labor relations but also for the state and society. However, besides the progressive points, our current labor law on this issue still has limitations and inadequacies which are not consistent with the reality of the labor market. The article studies several provisions of the current Vietnamese labor law on labor subleasing and then proposes solutions to improve it.
