Abstract

One of the fundamental new points of the 2019 Labor Code on labor dispute settlement is the diversification of labor dispute settlement methods, in which expanding the competence to settle labor disputes of the Labor Arbitration Council. The author analyzes and comments on legal issues related to the resolution of labor disputes of the Labor Arbitration Council under the current labor law.
