Abstract

The provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code on sound or sound-and-visual means in the interrogation of the accused, taking testimonies of the legal representative of commercial legal entities, taking testimonies of participants in proceedings in criminal case is a new regulation, which means very important, ensuring evidence in the investigation and prosecution stage is collected, managed and used in accordance with the provisions of law; ensuring adversary in trial is democratic, objective and equal, thereby, ensuring human rights and citizens’ rights in criminal proceedings, overcoming injustice and omission of criminals, in accordance with the provisions of the 2013 Constitution.
