Abstract

Child labor has become a leading concern worldwide. It’s necessary that countries have to a strong legal framework to protect the children rights and eliminate child labor. The article describes the experience of eliminating child labor in 3 countries and regions: China, the U.S. and Africa. Then, the author suggests a valuable lesson for Vietnamese law.
