Compulsory educational measures in the commune – Difficulties, obstacles in practical application and directions for improvement

Abstract

Compulsory educational measures in the commune is one of the educational administrative handling measures, making an important contribution to the effective prevention and fight against all kinds of crimes and ensuring the political security situation, social order and safety. However, the process of implementing this measure in practice has some difficulties in the application of the regulations of the law. In this article, the author points out some obstacles when applying this measure in practice and proposes some solutions to overcome those problems.
