Abstract

Along with the great development of video editing technology and the widespread dissemination of video information in social life, it is vital to ensure the reliability of video data. In criminal proceedings, video data can only be used as adversarial evidence in case of authenticity. The article presents basic perception of the authenticity of video data and provides some noted issues in the process of collecting video data to ensure the value of criminal proceedings.
