Lobbying: From aspect of legal policies

Abstract

Lobbying has been a heated topic studied by many scientific sectors, including jurisprudence. It has been interested in lobbying in different aspects or levels: Legal policy, legal positivism, legal comparison, legal sociology aspects; theoretical and practical levels as well as the others. The article initially explores lobbying from legal policy aspect both in theoretical and practical level like the foundamental and vital issues of the relationship between organized interest groups; lobbying and impacts of their mechanism on the formation of the State’s legal policies; the basic issues of legal policy on lobbying which means the interpretation of lobbying is a matter of legal policy, objectives, viewpoints, and content of legal policy on lobbying, methods and forms of implementing legal policies on lobbying.
