Regulations on agencies to investigate the application of countervailing measures to goods imported into Vietnam and implementation

Abstract

In the context of global trade liberalization, it is essential to apply countervailing measures in order to legally protect the domestic goods manufacturing as well as ensure equal competition between domestic and foreign manufacturers. The article studies current law provisions on agencies to investigate the application of countervailing measures to goods imported into Vietnam and implementation, then gives some comments and suggestions to improve the operational efficiency of this agency.
