Subjects to acquit in first-instance criminal trials

Abstract

That there are enough procedure-conducting and procedure-participating persons  at the first-instance criminal trial leads to clear demonstration of the functions in criminal proceedings. The article clarifies the defense activities of  acquittal subjects   at the first-instance criminal trial under current legal provisions, practical issues and solutions to improve the quality of that activity.
