Law completion on conditions to road traffic logistics under Vietnamese laws

Abstract

Road freight forwarding services in particular and freight forwarding services or logistics in general play an increasingly important role in the economic development of the country. This is a service industry with diverse and complex subjects and always changing, requiring the law to make appropriate adjustments to improve and enhance enforcement efficiency. The article studies some solutions to improve the business conditions of road freight forwarding services according to Vietnamese law from the perspective of ensuring business freedom as well as the requirements of the economic integration process based on suitability with socio-economic conditions in our country.
