Matters on coercive assets distraint and handling of judgment debtors

Abstract

Current work of coercive assets distraint and handling has not met the actual requirements that remains many cases and civil judgment enforcement expenses have been backlogged each year. One of the reasons is overlapping laws on enforcement of civil judgments and some infeasible regulations. The article analyzes current status of coercive assets distraint and handling of judgment debtors, thereby proposes solutions to improve the law in this matter.
