Preventing prisoners from violating laws and rules at prisons to educating and rehabilitating prisoners

Abstract

Recently, it has been witnessed a raising number of the prisoners who violate laws and rules at prisons of the Ministry of Public Security. The paper concentrates on researching and evaluating the crime situation of prisoners in prisons of the Ministry of Public Security to find out the reasons and propose respective solutions.
