Relationships between the Investigation agency and the Procuracy in receiving and responding to the information of sexual abuses crimes with children under 16 years old

Abstract

Receiving and responding to the information regarding child sexual abuses play significant roles in investigating these crimes. Meanwhile, the relationship between the Investigation agency and the Procuracy in handling these crimes impacts on the process of collecting evidence in order to prosecute offenders. This paper investigates the facts and recommendations to increase the effectiveness of the cooperation between these two agencies in the coming time.
