Discussion on the principles of organization and operation of the People’s Procuracy under the 2014 Law on organization of the People’s Procuracy

Abstract

According to the 2013 Constitution and the 2014 Law on organization of the People's Procuracy, functions of the People's Procuracy are exercising prosecution rights and supervising judicial activities. To perform these functions, the Procuracy must be organized and operated on specific principles. The article analyzes a number of theoretical and legal issues on the principles of organization and operation of the People's Procuracy, practical obtacles and gives some recommendations.
