Abstract

The 2020 Enterprise Law put into effect from January 1, 2021 has many new breakthroughs that creates conditions for enterprises not only in the establishment but also during the production and business process. One of the prominent new points in this revised Enterprise Law is the positive and more favorable changes for enterprises in reorganizing enterprises.
