Abstract

The article leads to a consensus on the source of civil law and whether contract is considered as one of civil law’s sources or not. It consists of three parts including the difference between contract and contract law; the generalization the source of law and civil law; two different viewpoints and comments to agree that: Contract is not considered as the source of civil law.
