Discussion on the determination of crime and sentence of drug crimes

Abstract

Amendments and supplements of the 2015 Penal Code in general and drug crimes in particular have been put into practice and achieved certain results in the prevention of and fight against crime. However, there is no consensus on awareness in some provisions on the determination of crime and sentence of drug crimes that leads to difficulties in practical application. The article analyzes and gives some recommendations on these circumstances.
