Abstract

From legal perspective, Engineering - Procurement - Construction (EPC) Contract is different from traditional ones. Therefore, legal adjustment for this contractual relationship also sets its own requirements, especially the provisions related to parties’ rights, obligations and responsibilities in contract management and performance to bring into play the advantages of this contract in the implementation of construction investment projects.
