Situations, causes and solutions of the Crime of property appropriation caused by gangs from the practice of Thai Binh province

Abstract

Recently, the crime situation generally and the crime of property appropriation caused by gangs particularly in Thai Binh province having complicated developments that causes confusion and anxiety for people. Despite of different applied measures in fighting against this type of crime, the effectiveness is still limited. This article analyzes the situation of the crime of property appropriation caused by gangs; its causes and conditions as well as proposes measures to prevent this type of crime in Thai Binh province.
