Abstract
By analyzing Articles 134, 330 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) and reality, the article points out the problems and recommends solutions for effective handling acts of resisting law inforcement officers in performance that meets the requirements of ensuring social order and safety in the new situation.
