Some opinions on applying the determination of sentence “organized crime” in the Crime of robbery under the regulations of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017)

Abstract

Organized crime is an aggravating circumstance prescribed in a number of crimes in the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017), including Robbery. Within this paper, the author clarifies organized crime in generally, organized crime in robbery particularly and some issues in deciding the sentences for the organized offenders of robbery in reality.
