Solutions to improve the efficiency of exercing prosecution rights and prosecuting the handling of human trafficking cases

Abstract

Recently, the People’s Procuracies at all levels have made great efforts and achieved high results in execising prosecution rights and prosecuting the handling of human trafficking cases. However, it is still required for the People’s Procuracies to have synchronized solutions to improve the effectiveness of preventing this crime due to the increase in its scale, level, complicated developments, serious nature with sophisticated tricks. The paper analyzes the situation of exercing prosecution rights and prosecuting the handling of human trafficking cases, brings out limitations as well as proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of this work in the coming time.
